Dragée counting and filling machine computer-controlled

for automatically filling all kinds of lenticular, bean or spherical substances like dragées, soft gelatin capsules (Scherer capsules) pills etc. into package containers of usual type and size. Dragées etc. - to be filled are transfered to the filling funnel by means of a counting disk adapted to shape and quantity of material to be filled; there they are counted and ejected into the packing container.

Those  parts of the machine getting in contact with the material to be filled are chromium-plated and the counting disk is made of plastics. The driving motor is provided with a stepless speed control in order to yield a maximum filling effect. The supply of samples of the material to be filled and of the packing containers is requested in order to prepare the respective counting disks and filling funnels which are easily exchangeable and can be supplied on repeat orders.

Not suitable for tablets like “Aspisrin“ or similar tablets!  

Warranty : One year. This warranty does not cover any faults and / or damages due to improper handling.

Output : according to size of the material to be filled and capacity of packing

containers approximately 800 to 3000 fillings per hour.
